The DM500HD an Enigma 2 or E2 box

also known as an E2 single tuner HighDefinition box



When you power off your DM500HD you should wait for 30 seconds or more before you power on
the box again. If you do not do this it will appear to have malfunctioned.

new Jade3 software for all E2 boxes has been released

The software contains the software for cable (C), satellite (s) and terrestrial (T) versions of the DM800
